Went for breakfast here, food was a little below par, the lunches were better that I had here last time.

A large ex department store is home to this Spooneys. The atmosphere is good, the place is warm (good on a freezing February day) and staff are just about on the friendly side of welcoming. We spent a couple of evenings here and ate, meals were good, also a coffee in the day. Monday night pub quiz was good too. We'd recommend this place.

Staff like to discriminate against disabled people and stick up for alcoholic civilians that don't have the right to provoke anyone getting their breakfast. Ok for the regular punters to swear around children all day, staff do nothing, when they 'think' someone with tourettes and a brain disorder swears then they are happy to cause a massive scene and unnecessary distress to the disabled individual.

Good affordable food and drink. Lovely atmosphere. Can be a little loud when busy . Easy ordering and not a long wait and lots of friendly staff

Had a light lunch we family ona Sunday
Sat upstairs for a change which turned our to be very pleasant.
Had a chicken wrap. Alot better than previous one nice chilli kick and tasty with a couple of pints made a lovely lunch

Unfortunately due to the overzealous door staff and the alleged manager, laughing and enjoying yourselves is not permitted in this establishment.

Terrible. Kitchen closed, no warning on the website, we sat down with our quiet and friendly dogs only to be asked to leave!
Staff were sweet about it but what kind of place doesn't allow dogs OUTSIDE?
